Beyond Angkor Photo Tour
Cambodia is so much more than the Angkor temples.
Our journey begins with a morning visit to a local market, where we’ll wander amongst the stalls selling fruits, snacks, and other essentials. This is a great place to capture some compelling portraits and street scenes. Our trip leader will help you tyour subjects and create the perfect photo. After the market, we’ll head to an old Buddhist pagoda, a beautiful structure full of historic paintings and saffron-robed monks. Conditions permitting, you will have an opportunity to interact with and photograph the monks and their daily life in the pagoda. The last stop of the day is a visit to Kampong Phluk, a floating village nestled on the shores of the Tonle Sap lake. Here you will have the opportunity to photograph local life on the lake. This adventure is a great way for novice and experienced photographers to learn the ins and outs of portrait and street photography.

Night Photography Workshop
Street photography at night!
Just before sunset, we’ll gather at the Old Market and take a tuk tuk to one of the local night markets, away from the tourist markets of the Pub Street area. While here we’ll cover the essentials of capturing great images in low-light scenarios, covering techniques including long exposures, panning, light painting, and (subject to equipment) off-camera flash. This is a great way to check out the local scene while capturing some amazing nighttime images!
We sell this tour for only three persons or more. Eventual transportation is not included in the price.
Price per person = 40$
